The Echo Wireline portable wire line retrieval unit is designed to retrieve MWD/Directional Drilling monitoring tools up to depths of 20,000 ft. Each wireline unit is designed with state of the art hydraulics, specifically to provide a lightweight, compact winch for performing light duty wireline operations onshore and in remote locations. Each portable wireline unit is configured with an air cooled turbo charged electric start diesel engine and is a fully self-contained skid. Each portable wireline unit is also very simple to use, joystick controlled and is equipped with weight and depth indicators. Make your directional drilling service costs more effective, reducing downtime risks by having a retrieval unit available in the event of monitoring tool failures. Rental cost can be as little as 2% of MWD services. Monitoring tool failures can result in rig and service company stand by and downtime costs.
